QUILLON & CORONEL PLANTS
We have two process plants with similar characteristics.
Quillon plant number 8339, Coronel plant number 8513, the plants are located in the raw material supply areas in the north, center and south of the country. Considering both plants, we have 8 static freezing tunnels with the capacity to freeze 80 tons of product per day and lines to pack products in boxes, bags, vacuum loins and vacuum steak depending on the type of product.
In addition, for cuttlefish, we have a semi-automatic process line that can process 80 tons of raw material in one shift.
We have a refrigerator adjacent to the plant with the capacity to store 500 tons of finished frozen product.
As for Swordfish, we have an installed capacity to process 40 tons per day of HG, 20 tons per day of Loins and 10 tons per day of Steack, with state-of-the-art vacuum sealing machinery.
For Cod, our production capacity is 40 tons per day of HG and 15 tons per day of vacuum portions.
